Privacy Policy
Last updated: 08/12/2026
Travv, Inc. ("TRAVV," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through www.travv.com, the account portal located at app.travv.com, and any related websites, pages, forms, tools, applications, and communications that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Site").
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site and our related marketing, sales, recruiting, and business development activities.
This Privacy Policy covers our free interactive tools and free portal accounts, including the VHS and VLAS measurement tool. Your use of those is also governed by our Terms of Use.
This Privacy Policy does not, by itself, govern information processed by TRAVV on behalf of customers through Travv Dx, radiology services, or other contracted services. Where TRAVV processes information through those services, the applicable customer agreement, service terms, order form, data processing addendum, or other agreement with the customer will govern.

(c) Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from third parties such as analytics providers, marketing partners, advertising partners, recruiting platforms, CRM providers, event partners, and publicly available sources.
Images and Files You Upload
Our interactive tools let you upload a radiographic image or other file and receive an automated measurement. This section describes what happens to those files. Your rights and obligations regarding them are set out in Section 10 of our Terms of Use.
What the files may contain. Radiographic files, including DICOM files, commonly carry embedded metadata that may identify an animal owner, a patient, the submitting practice, or a referring veterinarian. That information is personal information when it identifies a person.
We store files as you provide them. We do not automatically remove embedded metadata when you upload a file. You are responsible for removing anything you do not wish to share with us before uploading.
We de-identify before development and research use. Before using an uploaded file to develop, train, evaluate, or improve our algorithms, products, or services, or for research, education, publication, presentation, or inclusion in a reference image library, we remove or mask information identifying the animal owner, the submitting practice, and the referring veterinarian.
Retention and deletion. We retain uploaded files and data derived from them for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in our Terms of Use. Closing your account does not by itself delete them. You may request deletion of a file you uploaded by contacting support@travv.com and identifying the file. We will delete it from our active systems within a reasonable period, but may retain and continue to use a de-identified copy. We cannot retract de-identified data already incorporated into a training dataset, a trained model, a backup, or an archival copy.
Sharing you initiate. If you use a feature that shares a study, image, or output with another person, that disclosure is made by you rather than by TRAVV, and you are responsible for confirming you may disclose the file and any personal information it contains to that recipient.
